Who We Are
VibeWaggler is a product of G8 Engineering, a Greensboro, North Carolina-based AI systems firm founded in April 2026. We build focused software products for small and mid-sized service businesses.
Built, not briefed. VibeWaggler was born from a specific problem our clients kept facing: reviews, messages, and customer follow-up were eating hours every week, yet they directly shaped whether new customers chose them. We built the system we wished they had.

The Problem We Exist to Solve
Service businesses live and die by reputation. Reviews, local search rankings, and inbound messages are not marketing extras — they are the front door of the business.
But most owners and managers handle them manually. Reading reviews across platforms. Writing responses one by one. Trying to remember who asked what in which inbox. Hours every week that could go toward running the business.

Juan's background spans Amazon, Reynolds American, Sales Factory, and a Verizon subsidiary — with an MBA from Wake Forest University and AI coursework at Kellogg. He also serves as Adjunct Assistant Professor of the Practice at Wake Forest University. He leads product and strategy for VibeWaggler, working directly with service businesses to understand how reviews, reputation, and customer conversations shape revenue.

Manuel Castro

Manuel builds the technical foundation behind VibeWaggler — retrieval pipelines, response generation, guardrails, and real-time integrations. He is the reason the system works on day one and keeps working on day three hundred. His approach: build it right the first time, so you don't spend the next quarter fixing it.
