Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about VibeWaggler — pricing, how reviews affect your search ranking, VibeScore, brand voice, team access, integrations, and fit.

What VibeWaggler Is

Yes. VibeWaggler is online reputation management built specifically around reviews: reading them, responding to them, and telling you what's driving your score across every platform. What it doesn't do is social media posting or content calendars. If you need that, pair us with a tool that does it, or ask about SOCi or Momos in our comparison table. We do reviews, completely, not reputation as a catch-all.

Pricing & Plans

Five tiers: Solo (1 location, $75/mo), Duo (2 locations, $200/mo), Crew (up to 10 locations, $500/mo), Operation (up to 20 locations, $1,000/mo), and Custom (unlimited locations, quoted). Each covers a range of locations and monthly usage. Pick the one that fits your size today; move up only when you outgrow it.

No. Your subscription covers a range of locations, not a per-location fee. Open location number six and your bill stays exactly the same. It only changes if you cross your tier's limit, and then you move to the next tier, not to a surprise invoice.

We tell you, and you choose. Move up a tier or trim usage. Nothing breaks, nothing gets cut off mid-month, and we never auto-upgrade you without asking.

No. Every review from every connected platform always lands in your inbox. Caps apply to what the system generates for you: AI-drafted responses, reports, and VibeChat conversations. Reading your reviews is never metered.

Month to month. Cancel anytime. We would rather earn the renewal than lock it in.

Reviews & Search Rankings

Yes. Google says more reviews and positive ratings can help your local ranking. In Whitespark’s 2026 survey, a high rating ranks #6 of all local factors, the number of reviews #9, and how recent they are #11.

Indirectly, and that’s where it counts. On its own, a reply is a small ranking factor. What Google says helps your ranking is more reviews and better ratings, and replying brings both.

Within 24 to 48 hours, and faster for negative ones. A quick response tells the reviewer they were heard and tells every future reader you are paying attention. VibeWaggler drafts the response the moment the review lands, so speed stops being the hard part.

Yes. According to BrightLocal, 68% of consumers require at least 4 stars before considering a business. Volume protects that rating: with 300 reviews, one bad night barely moves your average; with 8, it wrecks it. More reviews, actively managed, is a compounding asset.

VibeScore

One number per location that tells you how well you are managing your reviews. It weighs your rating, review volume, response rate, and sentiment trend into a single score. When it moves, you know why.

Because the things that move it are the things that grow your business. A rising VibeScore means more reviews and faster replies: reviews help you on Google, and replying quickly helps customers choose you. It also means you're fixing what frustrates your customers, which improves your service. Better visibility plus better service is how reviews turn into sales.

One number per location, visible to the person who can change it. Our clients put it in front of their managers and let locations compete. More reviews come in, bad ones trend down, and nobody needed another meeting.

Responses & Your Brand Voice

Yes. You set your tone of voice once: formal, warm, playful, whatever fits your brand. Every drafted response follows it. Your Winston-Salem location and your Charlotte location sound like the same company.

Only if you want it to. You can review and approve every draft, or let responses post automatically. Most teams start with approval and switch to auto once they trust the drafts. You stay in control of the dial.

Your way. You define how your business addresses complaints: when to apologize, what to offer, when to take it offline, what never to say. The AI drafts within your playbook. A one-star review gets a response that matches your policy, not a generic apology template.

Yes, every one of them. A well-handled bad review is often more persuasive than a five-star one, because it shows future customers how you act when something goes wrong. And it's not just image: a study of hotels on TripAdvisor and Expedia found that once they started replying, they received more reviews and fewer negative ones.

Teams & Access

Yes. Four roles, each with the right level of access. Owners see everything across all locations. Managers see their location. Team members respond without touching settings. Everyone gets what their job needs and nothing they shouldn't.

That's your call. Some clients show every manager the full leaderboard because competition moves the score. Others keep each manager on their own location. The roles support both.

Integrations & Tech

The majors are live today: Google, Yelp, DoorDash, UberEats. Beyond those, 20+ connections are ready to go. If your reviews live somewhere, we can almost certainly pull them in.

For Google, minutes. You connect with your own Google authentication and start using it right away. Other platforms vary by how their access works, but most businesses are fully running the same day. No IT project, no onboarding calendar.

It means VibeWaggler plugs into your favorite AI assistant. Claude, ChatGPT, or any LLM that supports MCP can connect directly to your review data. Ask about your reviews from the tools you already work in, not just from our dashboard.

Your review data is pulled from platforms you already use and stays within defined boundaries. We spell out what the system can access before you connect anything. No selling data, no training public models on your reviews.

Fit & Use Cases

No. It works for any service business: restaurants, HVAC, med spas, auto shops, clinics, gyms. If customers review you, VibeWaggler can run on it. The analysis adapts because you define the categories: Quality of Service, Facilities, Staff, Value, and Wait Time all mean what you say they mean. Wait time for a restaurant is table speed; for an HVAC company it's how fast the tech showed up.

Anything your reviews can answer. "What are the three biggest drivers of bad reviews this quarter?" "Which location has the most staff complaints?" "Write me an action plan for the Charlotte location." It reads every review you have and answers with specifics from your data, not generic advice.
